Two fresh poblano peppers stuffed with shredded cheese, and your choice of ground beef, shredded beef shredded chicken, steak, grilled chicken or shrim . Battered, frie , and then topped with white queso. Served with lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole.
